Hotel Pacific is a top notch digital nomad budget hotel in Tijuana. The hotel is incredibly clean and stylish, and the beds are very comfortable. As a digital nomad, I found a counter and chairs that were perfect for setting up my laptop and working. The WiFi was fast to meet all my online needs. Additionally, there were cold water coolers on every floor.

While the hotel is technically a budget hotel, some of the furnishings, beds, and carpet are a bit dated. However, the hotel is currently undergoing a complete remodeling of its rooms with brand new furnishings.

The hotel’s location in the Zona Este neighborhood is perfect. It’s situated at the bottom of the “rich” hills, surrounded by a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. I found a mix of very inexpensive taco stands and high-end bistros. I would highly recommend checking out Telefonica Gastro Park, where nearly all of the restaurants offer vegan and vegetarian options. For those who prefer a completely plant-based diet, Taconveggie is a taco stand that is 100% vegan/vegetarian.

The staff at Hotel Pacific was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English, which made communication easy for me as a non-Spanish speaker. They offer free coffee in the office, for those who need a helped start. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Pacific to any digital nomad seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in Tijuana.
